International advice, Labor advice.
This is how we supported our customer
Small business enterprise dedicated to install electrical infrastructures. The company counts on highly qualified and specialized personnel.
In its growth process, the company decided to take the leap into internationalization and accept orders as subcontractors in Germany. In addition to language difficulties, doubts and problems arose immediately on taxation of displaced workers, insurances, work permits and registration of workers in public bodies like for example SokaBau.
Sesemann Consulting UG supervised the creation of the subsidiary and was in charge of performing all the notarial and registration procedures before, Social Security Office, etc. and assumed the entire management of labor issues in Germany so that the company only had to worry about the technical service offered. Following the success in Germany, Sesemann Consulting GmbH has also managed the set up of the company in Sweden and initiated a project study for Norway.
